General Policy for Returns:

At Batterysavers.com, we offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee.
We allow our customers to get an easier return than ever.

Overview:

 

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  2. Post RMA# On Outside Of Returning Package.
  3. Provide the Who, What and Why the return. (More on this below)
  4. Must Include All Parts & Accessories. 
  5. Return to Batterhsavers Within 30 Days

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN & REFUND

You need to obtain an RMA #. We need to know the Who, What and Why about the return. 

It sounds unbelievable, but we often receive packages with NO documentation, RMA # or explanation. It is important to include the who, what and why for the return. The more information that is provided with the return, the faster we can issue your return.

 
Important, Information To Include With The Return
 
  1. WHO: "Your Name"  The one used to purchase the product.
  2. WHAT: "What Are You Returning".  Since many shipments include multiple items, please tell us what product you are returning.
  3. WHY: "Broken/Exchange/Just Dissatisfied" This helps us either restock or recycle the product - Or send you a replacement.
  4. ORDER #: "'The Order Number" - This in on both your original order and the packing slip that shipped with the product

You must return a product for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days unless pre-approved by Batterysaves.com.

 

ALL RETURNS MEST HAVE A RMA NUMBER ATTACHED.

1. Go to My Account (At the very top of any page or login). 

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action optional
  • Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

5.  A RMA number will be emailed back to you within 24 hours. 

6. If you do not receive a return email within 24 hours, please contact us by email or phone number listed below.

All return (s) must be returned with the original parts, packaging and accessories that were originally shipping with the product.

Shipping fee are non-refundable unless authorized by Batterysavers.com.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns and refunds for products returned that cannot be returned to stock and resellable.

Products returns that are unsellable, missing components or older than 30 days may not be eligible for return.

Return Proceedure:

  1. Request An RMA Number By Completing The Above "RETURN & EXCHANGE FROM".
  2. A (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number Will Be Emailed Back To You Within 24 Hours.
  3. Print The RMA Number In Large Letters On Outside Of Your Returning Package.
  4. Return Your Package Via UPS To Address Displayed On RMA Form.
  5. Your Money Will Be Refunded Within (5) Business Days.
  6. All returns must be shipped to the following address and MUST include an RMA number. Packages returned to Batterysavers.com without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to shipper (customer).

 

Return Policy for Refunds

You must return items sold by Batterysavers.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund. Please include the following information:

  1. A copy of your invoice.
  2. A reason for the return.
  3. An RMA number.**(ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RMA NUMBER)


Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement:

If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. Replacement can be made for the same products and same brand.

Warranty Information:

Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.

Return Shipping Cost:

To keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for refund if the return. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Canceled order or address errors:

Canceled order must be canceled within 24 hours from time of purchase. For any refused package or any returns to Batterysavers.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.

Return Procedure:

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted online. Batterysavers.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.

Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Batterysavers.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. Batterysavers.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.

All Clearance products purchased from Batterysavers.com will not be accepted for returns.
