General Policy for Returns:

At Batterysavers.com, we offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee.
We allow our customers to get an easier return than ever.

In order for your return to be processed as quickly as possible, you must first obtain a RMA (return authorization number. Returns can not be proccessed without a RMA number.



1. Go to My Account (At the very top of any page).

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action optional
  • Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

5.  A RMA number will be emailed back to you within 24 hours.

You must return a product for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days .

Customer must inform Batterysavers.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurately investigator. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty.

All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for the return shipping costs and insurance; Hence Batterysavers.com will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.

Batterysavers.com reserves right to refuse the service that void the return policy.

Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns and refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Proceedure:

  1. Request An RMA Number By Completing The Above "RETURN & EXCHANGE FROM".
  2. A (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number Will Be Emailed Back To You Within 24 Hours.
  3. Print The RMA Number In Large Letters On Outside Of Your Returning Package.
  4. Return Your Package Via UPS To Address Displayed On RMA Form.
  5. Your Money Will Be Refunded Within (5) Business Days.
  6. Please note that all returned items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.
  7. All returns must be shipped to the following address and MUST include an RMA number. Packages returned to Batterysavers.com without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to shipper (customer).

Return Policy for Refunds

You must return items sold by Batterysavers.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund. Please include the following information:

  1. A copy of your invoice.
  2. A reason for the return.

Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement:

If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. Replacement can be made for the same products and same brand.

Warranty Information:

Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.

Return Shipping Cost:

To keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.

Canceled order or address errors:

Canceled order must be canceled within 24 hours from time of purchase. For any refused package or any returns to Batterysavers.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.

Return Procedure:

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted online. Batterysavers.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.

Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Batterysavers.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. Batterysavers.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.

All Clearance products purchased from Batterysavers.com will not be accepted for returns.
