We allow our customers to get an easier return than ever.
It sounds unbelievable, but we often receive packages with NO documentation, RMA # or explanation. It is important to include the who, what and why for the return. The more information that is provided with the return, the faster we can issue your return.
You must return a product for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days unless pre-approved by Batterysaves.com.

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

All return (s) must be returned with the original parts, packaging and accessories that were originally shipping with the product.
Shipping fee are non-refundable unless authorized by Batterysavers.com.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns and refunds for products returned that cannot be returned to stock and resellable.
Products returns that are unsellable, missing components or older than 30 days may not be eligible for return.
You must return items sold by Batterysavers.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund. Please include the following information:

If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. Replacement can be made for the same products and same brand.
Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.
Return Shipping Cost:
To keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for refund if the return. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors:
Canceled order must be canceled within 24 hours from time of purchase. For any refused package or any returns to Batterysavers.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted online. Batterysavers.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Batterysavers.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. Batterysavers.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
All Clearance products purchased from Batterysavers.com will not be accepted for returns.
